A Life Framer Winner

Faith in Varanasi

I'm thrilled to announce that my photograph of praying women in the sacred waters of river Ganga in Varanasi has been selected as a winner in the Life Framer competition! It's an honor to have this moment recognized, and I’m grateful to the judges for acknowledging my work.

And of course, congratulations to the other winners!

This is what the Jury said: ‘The importance of colors in Indian culture is a fascinating subject, beautifully photographed in this picture. The contrast between the women’s colorful clothes and the neutral background emphasizes their spiritual journey, graceful movements, and faith. Colors play an essential role in their ceremony, which shows, once again, how much we’ve integrated them into our lives.’ – LIFE FRAMER
